Rooms available: Accommodation for 260 students, all year round or 10 months optional. Single rooms, double rooms. All rooms are equipped with telephone, internet and satelite television connections. All double rooms are equipped with shower and toilet. Single rooms: 3 people share one shower and toilet. Communal kitchens.
House features: Laundry, table tennis, music room with pianino, study room, workshop room, sauna, television rooms, bicycle storages.
Location: Centrally situated, directly at the city park „Augarten" (Jogging ...), 10 minutes walking distance to the historic first district of Vienna (shops, offices, restaurants ...).
Schools/universities: 10 minutes by underground to the University of Vienna and the Juridicum, all universities within easy reach.
Public transport: Tram 31 and Bus 5A just outside the house. Underground U2, U4, ring road tram 1 are only ten minutes away.
