An advantage of living near the center of Vienna is that you can get everywhere very quickly right from your low priced student accommodation. Perfect for your daily student life: Lots of universities are either practically right at your doorstep or just a few stops away from the student dorm on public transportation. These include Vienna Medical University with its Institutes of Anatomy and Dental Medicine, the University of Vienna along with its Altes AKH campus and Faculty of Law, the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, and the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien.
Student living in Vienna with various possibilities to spend your free time: From the nearby train station Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, you can effortlessly reach communities to Vienna’s northwest as well as Krems, St. Pölten, Linz, and Passau. And during the summer, the legendary Danube Canal is a great place to drink wine spritzers and dip your feet in the cool water.

Deposit: The deposit amounts two monthly usage fees.
