Redesigning Mobile Youth Work
The project Zug um Zug – Train to Europe aims to reshape mobile youth work by integrating mobility and non-formal education. This Erasmus+ project provides new approaches for youth work professionals and young people through diverse learning formats, helping them build essential skills while fostering a cross-border network.
Project Activities
- Developing a simulation game to help young people strengthen problem-solving skills during travel.
- Creating a methods library for non-formal learning activities tailored to youth.
- Conducting professional training sessions.
- Organising a training and encounter week for young people.
- Holding dissemination events in multiple countries.
Project Goals
- Enhance digital skills and green competencies for professionals and young people.
- Promote problem-solving and resilience through practical learning experiences.
- Establish inclusive non-formal learning formats in mobile youth work.
- Encourage youth networking and engagement in Europe.
Target Group
- youth work professionals and educators
- Young people with limited mobility opportunities, who may benefit from resources for personal development and networking.
